Valerie Hill's Seyval Blanc has become one of our most popular white wines and our 2016 vintage is a spectacular wine with a crisp, bright acidity and a clean citrus finish - a wine that will pair perfectly with oysters! Starting at noon on Saturday, April 1st we'll release our 2016 Seyval Blanc with a celebration embracing this perfect pairing. Chef Dan Kalber from Village Square Restaurant will be on site shucking the freshest oysters available! The oyster selection includes three varieties of oysters on the half shell with accompaniments, oysters Rockefeller, and oyster shooters. Your ticket includes a glass of our 2016 Seyval Blanc and a half dozen oysters of your choice. Additional oysters will be available for purchase by the each, half, and full dozen. And of course, there will be plenty of our new 2016 Seyval Blanc for you to enjoy by the glass or bottle along with our complete menu of award winning Virginia wines.
