To celebrate our apperance on the revival series of the original Ghost Hunters we have two special evenings planned for the premier weekend to include a reception hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and open bar, a three course dinner with wine pairings, viewing of the episode “A Boy and Buried Secrets” filmed at Valerie Hill, and a Q&A session with local historian Mike Robinson and Valerie Hill proprietors Tyler Newcome and Shawn Steffey, all of whom appear in the episode.

6:00pm: Welcome reception featuring Valerie Hill’s Sparkling Rosé and passed hors d’oeuvres:
- Seared Petite Sea Scallop and Avocado Crostini
- Baked Brie and Raspberry in Crispy Phyllo
- Duck Bacon and Sweet Coen Wontons with Hoisin Glaze
- Red Belgian Endive Stuffed with Herbs de Provence Whipped Chèvre, Toasted Walnuts, Pomegranate Arils, and Balsamic Drizzle
7:00pm: Dinner
First Course: Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Bisque with House Croutons and Micro Basil, paired with Valerie Hill’s 2019 Manor House White
Second Course: Surf & Turf - Seared 8oz Prime Filet Mignon and Grilled Garlic Herb Jumbo Pink Gulf Shrimp, Paired with Valerie Hill’s 2018 Stone Chimney Red
Third Course: Flaming Chocolate S’mores Cake flamed at the table, paired with Valerie Hill’s 2019 Apparition
Viewing of the episode and Q&A will begin at the conclusion of dinner. Based on party sizes some parties may be seated together. Dietary restrictions beyond a vegetarian option cannot be accommodated at this event. Vegetarian entrees must be requested prior to the date of the event. Tickets are non-refundable unless we are able to resell tickets to individuals potentially on a wit list or if the event is cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather.
