This five course dining experience features produce, meats, chesses, and seafood all sourced locally from the Shenandoah Valley and the Chesapeake Bay. Each course will be paired with a Valerie Hill wine, including a selection from our library - our rare 2010 Stone Chimney Red which will be poured for the first time since 2012. Seating is limited.
