Three seatings will be offered on Sunday, March 18th at 11:00am, 2:00pm, and 4:30pm. The four course brunch will be created by Chef Dan Kalber and paired with Valerie Hill's award winning wines. The menu will consist of Potato and Bacon Coddle, Cold Smoked Irish Salmon with Cucumber Yogurt Salad, Corned Beef Hash Benedict, and Fresh Apple Cake with Bailey's Irish Cream Custard.
