The history of our Manor House, Valerie Hill, spans two centuries. While her walls don't talk, the ghosts that haunt her rooms certainly do. Our popular "History & Hauntings" event gives you the opportunity to hear first hand accounts of the activity of our resident ghosts - from the woman in the cellar that calls for help to the spirit of a boy perpetually locked in an attic room. The evening includes dinner, a glass of wine of your choice, and a detailed tour of our Manor House, focusing on historical fact and some of the countless paranormal activities encountered by both staff and guests. This year’s menu includes Seasoned and Seared 8 ounce Sirloin or Oven Roasted Herbed Portobello Mushroom, Roasted Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Heirloom Baby Carrots, and fresh bread with butter. The vegitarian option must be ordered Dietary restrictions beyond vegetarian or gluten free cannot be accomodated. This event is for adults 21 and over.
